Not music that plays by itself. Panoramr offers no looping background music: a sound always starts when a visitor presses play, and nothing plays when a scene opens.

You can add a sound file (MP3 or WAV) in two ways. On the **Tour** tab, the card **Tour media** has a **Sound** tile for a piece of music or a spoken welcome; visitors find it under **Whole tour** in the **Info and media panel**, which you switch on in the **Design** tab, and play it with a player. It stops when the file ends, when they move to another room or when they close the panel. Or put the sound on a hotspot: the variant **Audio Narration (Play/Pause)** plays once from the direction of its badge and stops when the visitor changes scene.

Uploading an MP3 or WAV file is part of the Pro, Agency and Enterprise plans and of a running Vault; a sound already in your library can be added on any plan. [Tour media](https://www.panoramr.com/help/tour-media) has the steps, and [Add narration or sound to a hotspot](https://www.panoramr.com/help/adding-directional-sound-and-spatial-audio) the hotspot variants.
