# Can I get a refund?

If your billing address is in the UK or the European Economic Area, you can cancel any payment for a Vault within 14 days and get all of it back, the VAT too if there was any. Open the Vault (click **Dashboard** in the top bar, then the **Vaults** tab, then **Open** on the Vault) and click **Cancel and refund** under **Change your mind**: it cancels your latest payment, while its 14 days last. Canceling your first payment ends the Vault at once, with no grace days: the tour stays online with Panoramr's branding (private if it does not fit free publishing, or if it was open only by its link or a password), and a canceled Vault cannot be renewed or changed, so you buy a new one. A buyer with a billing address elsewhere, and a payment with a VAT number on it (a business payment), has no such right. Only the person who paid, and who owns the Vault, is offered the button: if you paid for a Vault that went with a tour you handed over, write to us.

A payment for a plan has the same right on the same terms, but no button: write to us within the same days and say which payment it is. Ending a plan's subscription stops future payments and gives nothing back.
