For a hotel, use the floor plan minimap: you upload a plan of each floor (PNG or JPEG, up to 5 MB) on the **Floor Plans** tab and mark each room on it, and visitors see a small plan in a corner of the tour with a cone that shows where they are looking. It is on by default once the tour has a plan with rooms marked.

Use the map icon when the scenes are in different places, such as several hotels. You give each scene a **Latitude** and **Longitude** and tick **Map** in a bar's **Icons** tab; the icon is off until you do. The locations you enter are sent to visitors with the tour. The corner minimap can also show that street map instead of the plan, or both with a switch: **Show** in **Floorplan minimap**.

On a phone (768 pixels wide or narrower) the corner minimap is hidden, and **Floor Plan** in **Mobile navigation** opens the plan; the icon needs **Map** ticked there too. They are separate switches, so one tour can have both.
