Open the tour's **Settings** tab (in the **Advanced** view), type the person's **Email Address** under **Project Collaborators**, choose an **Access Level** and click **Share**. A Viewer looks at the tour, its Preview and its Analytics; Editor, the default, also changes panoramas, floor plans and hotspots; Admin, for a client who should design too, also opens Design, Settings and Publish. Someone with a confirmed account is added at once; otherwise the invitation waits 14 days until they sign up with that address and confirm it. Only the tour's owner can invite, with a confirmed email address of their own (**Share** sends you to **Check your inbox** until then), and not on a guest tour. On Free the person you invite must be on Pro, Agency or Enterprise; from a paid plan you can invite anyone, with no limit on how many. To give a client the tour itself, see [How do I hand a tour to my client?](https://www.panoramr.com/about/faq#how-do-i-hand-a-tour-to-my-client). [Invite collaborators to a tour](https://www.panoramr.com/help/managing-team-access-and-project-roles) has the roles.
