# How do I stop a Vault renewing?

Open the Vault: click **Dashboard** in the top bar, then the **Vaults** tab, and click **Open** on the Vault. Under **Change this Vault**, find **Renewing** and click **Stop renewing**. The Vault runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then ends like any Vault. Until that day **Keep renewing** starts it again. The period that has begun is not paid back, but you may be able to cancel it within 14 days: see [Can I get a refund?](https://www.panoramr.com/about/faq#can-i-get-a-refund).

A Vault you paid for once does not renew, so it has no **Renewing** section. For a Vault that does renew, we mail you about 30 days and again about 7 days before each renewal, with a link to the Vault's page, where you can stop it.
