# I paid for a Vault but I can't see it. Where is it?

Click **Dashboard** in the top bar, then the **Vaults** tab: every Vault on your account is listed there, including one with no tour in it yet. If yours is not:

- **The page said `Your payment is still being confirmed.`** The Vault appears in the list as soon as the payment is confirmed. Open the **Vaults** tab again a little later.
- **The page said `We have your payment but need to check it before your Vault is ready.`** We have been told, and we email you when it is ready.
- **You are signed in to another account.** A Vault belongs to the account that bought it, or the one you made while buying. Sign in with that email address.
