# My tours have disappeared. Where are they?

Panoramr never deletes a tour by itself, so it is usually one of these:

1. **It was moved to the Trash.** A deleted tour waits there until it is deleted for good: click **Restore** on its card in **Deleted tours**. See [Delete tours and panoramas, and get them back](https://www.panoramr.com/help/deleting-projects-panoramas-and-data-recovery).
2. **It went private.** When a plan ends or a renewal payment fails, tours leave plan hosting and some become private: they are still in **My Tours**. See [My card payment failed](https://www.panoramr.com/about/faq#my-card-payment-failed).
3. **It was handed over or transferred** to someone else's account: it is in theirs now.
4. **Our team took it offline** after a report: a red notice on the tour says so. See [Why can't I publish my tour?](https://www.panoramr.com/help/why-cant-i-publish)
