# My upload is stuck. What do I do?

Read the line on the photo's row: it says what is happening, and in most cases you only need to wait. `Waiting` means it has not started yet, because a computer makes up to three photos at a time. `Waiting for Panoramr to answer…` or `Waiting for the connection…` means our server is slow or your connection dropped: it carries on by itself, and only fails after about two minutes without an answer.

A row that says `Still working on this photo… it has not moved for a minute.` is started again by Panoramr itself after two minutes. If it stops a second time, the row fails and has a **Try again** button; the other photos carry on. A photo that fails from a phone more than once can be added from a computer instead.
