# I think someone else has got into my account. What do I do?

Change your password now: that signs every other device out. Click your name or picture at the top right, then **My Account**, and on **My profile** fill in the card **Update Password** and click **Save**. Saving ends every other session and deletes every API token, and Panoramr emails you that the password was changed. If you cannot sign in, reset it instead: see [I forgot my password](https://www.panoramr.com/about/faq#i-forgot-my-password).

Then:
1. Check that the **Email** on **My profile** is still yours.
2. Turn on two-factor sign-in, so a password alone is not enough: see [How do I turn on two-factor sign-in?](https://www.panoramr.com/about/faq#how-do-i-turn-on-two-factor-sign-in)
3. If tours were changed or something was bought, [contact us](https://www.panoramr.com/contact) from your account's email address.
