Panoramr counts unique views: one visitor counts once an hour for each tour. A visit counts when someone opens the tour's player (which is also what an embed loads), its Explore page or its page on the social site. Search bots, link previews and other programs do not count, nor do the owner and collaborators opening the player while signed in, or anything opened from the Preview tab.

A visitor is told apart by an IP address together with the browser's identification, so two people on one network with the same browser can count as one. What is kept is only a count of views for each day, the country of some of them, and a total for each room. The country is the one Cloudflare gives for the visitor's connection. There is no record of time spent, hotspot clicks, devices, browsers or where visitors came from.

The tour player loads no Google Analytics code, and a tour has no setting for a Google Analytics ID. The Analytics tab is the only place Panoramr shows a tour's visits, so your number may differ from another tool's. [Tour analytics](https://www.panoramr.com/help/tour-analytics#what-counts-as-a-view) says what counts. [The Cookie Policy](https://www.panoramr.com/cookies) says what is kept for the hour.
