The red message on the Publish tab tells you which of a few causes it is. **Save Settings** is gray until you change something, so tick **Publish to Global Showcase** first. If it then shows an error, the usual cause is room: free publishing holds 250 panoramas in 10 tours, and a tour is listed as a whole. Take another tour off Explore, remove panoramas, or host the tour in a [Vault](https://www.panoramr.com/help/vault-hosting).

A tour kept open only by its link or a password cannot be listed on Explore: change **Who can open it** on the **Hosting** pane first. A tour in your plan's hosting stays private until you tick **Published** on that pane and save. **Host in my plan** is gray when the plan has no room or no hosting, and a line under it says which.

Only the tour's owner can list it on Explore or change its hosting: a collaborator, an Admin too, cannot. If you are sent to the **Check your inbox** page, your email address is not confirmed, which holds back publishing and buying. If a red notice says our team has taken the tour down, you can keep editing, but it cannot be published again until the hold is lifted.
