# Why can't I see the Import a tour button?

Because importing is switched on by Panoramr's team, not by a plan. The **Import a tour** button, beside **Create tour** at the top of My Tours, shows only while Panoramr's team lets your account import, and each software's card only while its kind of tour is switched on. A free-trial guest account cannot import at all.
