Because a photographer, agency or other creator made a tour, often of your home or business, and offered it to your email address so that you can host it yourself. Its subject is the creator's name followed by `wants you to take over` and the name of the tour.

Nothing has been charged, and nothing happens if you ignore it: the offer runs out after 30 days and the tour stays the creator's. To accept it, click the button in the email (make an account with that address if you have none), click **Look at the tour first**, then **Take over the tour** if the creator paid for its Vault, or **Buy a Vault and take over the tour** if not. The tour then moves into your account. To say no, click **Turn this tour down** at the bottom of that page, and the creator is told. If the tour shows your home or business and you never agreed to it, see [Someone made a tour of my home or business without asking](https://www.panoramr.com/about/faq#someone-made-a-tour-of-my-place-without-asking).
