Because visitors do not get the tour straight from the editor. They get a stored copy of its page, kept for 30 days. Most saves replace that copy, but with Draft Workflows on none do until you click **Publish changes**, and a few edits never do.

First look at the row above the tabs. If it shows **Draft mode active**, click **Publish changes** and wait about a minute: visitors keep the version you last published until then. If it does not, your edit may be one that does not refresh the copy, such as a new floor plan or a replaced file in the Asset Library. Click **Save Changes** on the **Tour** tab or **Save Properties** on the **Settings** tab (in the **Advanced** view) to refresh it.

Then open the tour in a new tab, since a page that was already open keeps its old scenes. The **Preview** tab shows your latest saved edits, not what visitors get. If the tour is up to date on Panoramr but old on your website, reload that page and clear its own cache. [My changes do not show for visitors](https://www.panoramr.com/help/when-do-changes-show) lists which edits refresh the copy.
