Rightmove and Zoopla take a link to a virtual tour that is hosted online: on Rightmove it goes under Additional media in Rightmove Plus, on Zoopla in the Video / Virtual tour URLs field of ZooplaPro, or through your software's feed. OnTheMarket's help describes a "Virtual tour" media type that takes a video file or a YouTube or Vimeo link, and does not say whether a link to a 360° tour page is accepted. On your own website, paste the tour's embed code into the property's page.

Once the tour is made ([how to make a virtual tour of a property](https://www.panoramr.com/guides/how-to-make-a-virtual-tour-of-a-property)), it goes on the listing in two places: the property portal, and your own website. This guide sets out what each portal's own help pages say, and where they say nothing, it says so. Every portal fact below comes from the portal's own pages, read on 2 November 2026. Portals change their screens and rules, so open the page linked under each heading before you rely on it.

Panoramr is not a listing portal and does not send tours to one. Nothing here is a Panoramr feed or integration: you copy the tour's link or code from Panoramr and paste it where the portal or your website asks for it.

## What the portals say

| | Takes a link to a hosted virtual tour? | Where it goes | Checked |
| :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- |
| **Rightmove** | Yes: an embedded YouTube or Vimeo video, or an externally hosted secure link, for example from your software supplier or a page on your own website | Rightmove Plus: Media tab > Additional media; or your software's feed | 2 November 2026 |
| **Zoopla** | Yes: a video or virtual tour URL; it plays inside the listing only from Zoopla's approved players, and opens in a new window from others | ZooplaPro: Manage listings > Video / Virtual tours section; or your software's feed | 2 November 2026 |
| **OnTheMarket** | A "Virtual tour" media type that takes a video file or a link to a hosted video such as YouTube or Vimeo. A link to a 360° tour page: **not confirmed** | OnTheMarket Expert: Documents & media; or your software's feed | 2 November 2026 |

## Before you copy the link

A tour can be opened by a portal's visitors only if it is published. Panoramr's tour link shows "Tour not published" until the tour is listed on Explore or hosted ([share a tour](https://www.panoramr.com/help/share-a-tour)). Listing on Explore is free on any plan and makes the tour public there as well; hosting in a plan or a Vault lets you keep it open only to people who have the link ([tour privacy](https://www.panoramr.com/help/tour-privacy-settings-public-unlisted-and-password-protected)).

To copy the link, open the tour, click the Publish tab and, on the Overview pane, click Copy link next to the Tour link.

Keep personal things out of the rooms before you publish. Rightmove's own article says that when you publish property images, tours and videos you become the data controller, and that no personal data, documents or sensitive information may be publicly visible ([Rightmove, 3 April 2020](https://hub.rightmove.co.uk/how-to-share-a-virtual-tour-or-video-on-your-rightmove-listing/)). Panoramr can blur faces and number plates it finds; tidy the rooms first all the same.

## Rightmove

Checked on 2 November 2026. **If you add listings in Rightmove Plus:**

1. Log in to Rightmove Plus, open Properties > Property List, and open the property.
2. Open the Media tab and find Additional media.
3. Click edit, then add link.
4. Paste the tour's URL, add a caption that says what it is, and click Save.

**If your listings come from software through a data feed,** Rightmove says to keep adding tours and videos through the feed: you cannot add them in Rightmove Plus. Rightmove's pages do not name the feed field, so ask your software supplier.

**What Rightmove accepts.** An embedded YouTube or Vimeo video shows on the listing's Property Details page. An externally hosted secure link, from your software supplier or a page on your own website, opens in a separate pop-up window. Rightmove says the content must be hosted online. The pages give no list of hosts, do not mention Panoramr, and do not say whether there is a charge, so if a link is refused or you want to know the price, write to Rightmove at the address on its FAQ page.

**Panoramr's link or your own page.** A Panoramr tour link is an `https://` address on another host, which fits Rightmove's description of an externally hosted link, though Rightmove does not name Panoramr. If you would rather the link went to your own page, put the tour on a page of your website (below) and give Rightmove that page's address.

## Zoopla

**If you add listings in ZooplaPro:**

1. Log in to ZooplaPro and click the Manage listings tab.
2. Click the sales or lettings department, then Add listing, or open an existing listing to edit it.
3. Scroll to the Video / Virtual tours section and paste the URL in the Video/Virtual tour URLs field.
4. Fill in the rest of the listing and click Save. Zoopla says the change is live within the hour.

**If your listings come through a feed,** Zoopla's troubleshooting table says to check that the content link URL is included in the feed.

**What plays inside the listing.** Zoopla's pages say a video or virtual tour is shown inside the listing details page only when it comes from an approved player. Vimeo, YouTube, Vistabee, Vieweet and Audio Agent are on both pages; each page also names others (Property Tours on the first, Matterport and Home Viewpoint Property Movie Tours on the second), and YouTube Shorts are not accepted. Content from any other supplier is not dropped: it appears under Additional links in the More information part of the listing and opens in a new window.

**Panoramr is not on Zoopla's list,** so by Zoopla's own page a Panoramr tour link would open from Additional links in a new window rather than play inside the listing. To ask for a player to be approved, Zoopla says to email members@zoopla.co.uk or use Submit a request with details of the supplier or player. The first page's note reads as if only the listed players display at all, so check on a live listing which way your link appears.

**What it costs.** Zoopla says embedded video is free. To get the enhanced display on the search results page, the property must be upgraded to a Premium Listing.

## OnTheMarket

Checked on 2 November 2026. Sources: [How do I add a video tour?](https://expert.onthemarket.com/help-centre/adding-a-video-tour/) and [How do I add a property?](https://expert.onthemarket.com/help-centre/adding-a-property/) (OnTheMarket Expert help centre; neither page shows a date).

**If you add listings in OnTheMarket Expert:**

1. When you upload a property, find Documents & media on the right of the upload screen, below Photo carousel.
2. Click Upload and choose Virtual tour as the media type.
3. Either upload a file (an .mp4 or .mov, up to 150 MB) or choose From URL and paste a link to where the video is hosted, such as YouTube or Vimeo. Click Add after pasting, or the video is not added.
4. If it applies, switch on the Online viewing available toggle, near the bottom of Features & attributes.

**If your listings come through a feed,** OnTheMarket says to upload the file or URL into your own system so your provider can send it to OnTheMarket.

**Not confirmed.** The page is about video tours. It does not say whether the Virtual tour type accepts a link to a 360° tour page that is not a YouTube or Vimeo video, where on the listing the tour appears, or whether there is a charge. Do not assume a Panoramr tour link will be accepted: ask OnTheMarket's support through its [contact page](https://expert.onthemarket.com/contact-us/) before you rely on it.

## On your own website

Your own site is the one place where the whole tour plays in the page, whatever a portal does. The tour's Publish tab gives you a Web Embed Code on the Overview pane: click Copy and paste it into a block that accepts HTML on the property's page. [Embed a tour on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any website](https://www.panoramr.com/help/how-to-embed-a-360-virtual-tour-on-wordpress-squarespace-and-wix) has the steps for ten website builders.

Then put that page's address on the portals that take a link. Rightmove's own page says an externally hosted link can be a page on your own website.

## What it costs

Making a tour in Panoramr is free: upload the photos, link the rooms, design it and preview it. A free account can publish 10 tours with Panoramr's branding. To host tours with your own branding, the Pro plan is £99 a year for 250 panoramas online at once, shared by every listing. A single listing can also go in a Vault on any plan, from £36 for a year for up to 36 panoramas. [How much a virtual tour costs](https://www.panoramr.com/guides/how-much-does-a-360-virtual-tour-cost) sets out the other routes. The portals' own charges, if any, are theirs to state; none of the pages above gives one except Zoopla's note on Premium Listings.

## Questions

### Where does a virtual tour go on a Rightmove listing?

In Rightmove Plus, under the property's Media tab in Additional media: click edit, then add link, paste the tour's address with a caption and save. If your listings come from software, add it there instead: Rightmove says tours and videos cannot be added in Rightmove Plus to a feed-fed listing.

### Does Zoopla show a 360° tour inside the listing?

Zoopla's pages say a tour plays inside the listing from its approved players, which do not include Panoramr. A link from any other supplier is listed under Additional links and opens in a new window.

### Does OnTheMarket take a 360° tour link?

Not confirmed. OnTheMarket's help describes a Virtual tour type for a video file or a YouTube or Vimeo link, and does not say what else it takes. Ask its support before you use a 360° tour link.

### Does Panoramr work with Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket?

Panoramr does not send tours to any portal and has no feed to one. You copy the tour's link from the Publish tab and paste it where the portal's own help says.

### Can I keep a tour private until the listing goes live?

Yes, in a hosted tour: it can be open only to people who have its link, or behind a password. A tour listed on Explore is public there.
