You can start a paid plan before you have an account. On the pricing page click the button of the plan you want, make your account on the page that opens, and go on to Stripe to pay. The plan and the billing period you chose are kept the whole way. If you already have an account, sign in first and the button takes you straight to Stripe. **Who can do it.** Anyone, including someone trying the free tour maker (that tour becomes your account's tour). Pro is paid yearly (£99 a year); Agency monthly (£36) or yearly (£360). Enterprise has no checkout: use **Contact sales**. No VAT is charged: the company that sells Panoramr is not registered for VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. If that changes, VAT will be added to the price of payments made after the change. ## Start a plan 1. Open the [pricing page](https://www.panoramr.com/pricing). Choose **Monthly** or **Yearly**. Pro is yearly only, so it stays yearly. 2. Click `Start Pro` or `Start Agency`. If your plan is not yet on sale its card says `Coming soon` and has no button. 3. Make your account on the page that opens, as the next part says. 4. Pay on Stripe's page, which asks for your billing address. What is said about VAT at the top of this page applies there ([VAT, invoices and refunds](https://www.panoramr.com/help/vat-invoices-and-refunds)). 5. When the payment is done, you are on your Dashboard with the plan running. [Plan & billing](https://www.panoramr.com/help/billing-invoices-and-subscription-upgrades) shows it. The button of the Free card is **Get started**, which opens the plain sign-up page. ## Make your account The page has three steps at the top: `Your plan`, `Your account` and `Payment`. The plan stays in view on the card headed **Your plan**, with its price, the total and the note about VAT. 1. Type your **Name**, **Email** and **Password**. The **Show** button reveals what you typed. Or click **Continue with Google**, **Continue with Microsoft** or **Continue with Facebook** (only the sign-in methods this site has are shown). 2. Complete the check that you are a person, and click the button. It reads **Create account**, or `Create account and pay` with the total when the site asks for payment first. 3. If you already have an account with that email, the page says so and gives you **Log in**. After you sign in you come back to the same plan. What happens next depends on how the site is set, and the page says which: - **You confirm your email first.** The page says **Almost there** and asks you to check your email. Click the link in the email, in the same browser or on another device. The plan page opens again with **Ready to pay**; click **Continue to payment** to go to Stripe. A sign-in with Google, Microsoft or Facebook is confirmed already and comes back to **Ready to pay** at once. - **You pay first.** The button reads `Create account and pay` and the total, and Stripe opens at once. The confirmation email follows. You have a limited time (the page names the hours) to click its link; an amber bar counts down. If Stripe cannot be reached, your account stays, nothing is charged, and the page says `We could not reach our payment provider. Nothing was charged. Please try again in a minute.` above **Continue to payment**. ## Change your mind on the page Click **Edit** on the card headed **Your plan**. It opens the plans, Free, Pro and Agency, as cards to choose from, and the button turns into **Done**. Choosing one shows the page for that plan, with what you typed kept. A plan is had in the billing period you are on if it is sold in it, and by the year if not. A link under the price offers the other period where there is one (`Prefer to pay monthly?` or `Prefer to pay yearly?`). **Compare every feature** opens the pricing page in a new tab. Choosing Free turns the page into a free sign-up: nothing to pay, no card, the button is **Create free account**, and we email you a link to confirm your address. ## Cancelling The card says what applies. If your billing address is in the UK or the European Economic Area, you can cancel your payment within 14 days by writing to us and get it all back; the [Terms](https://www.panoramr.com/terms) explain how. After that you can cancel any time on the billing page, and the plan runs to the end of what you have paid for: see [Upgrade, downgrade or cancel](https://www.panoramr.com/help/upgrade-downgrade-or-cancel). ## Troubleshooting **The plan I picked is not on the page.** Agency may be held back as `Coming soon`. The page for a plan that cannot be bought sends you back to the pricing page with a message. **I opened an old `/checkout` link and met the sign-in page.** Go to the pricing page and click the plan's button again. **The page says I already have a plan.** An account with a running plan changes it on the billing page, never by buying a second one. Agency has a monthly price.
