Every field of the Contact form, where it is, what each Subject means, how the Help Center fills it in for you, and what we keep and do with your message.

The [Contact page](https://www.panoramr.com/contact) is a form that sends a message to the Panoramr team. This page lists its fields and buttons and what happens after you press **Send Message**. To report a picture that should not be online, use the [report form](https://www.panoramr.com/report) instead; it is for that.

**Who can use it.** Anyone, signed in or not. It needs no plan. If you are signed in, we note which account sent the message; if you are not, we only have what you type.

**Where it is.** `www.panoramr.com/contact`, in the footer and under the Help Center's **Contact support** buttons.

**Filled in for you.** A button in the Help Center opens the form with the first line of the message written: "About the help page" and the guide's name and address, or, from the search results, the words you searched for. It is only a start; change or delete it. If the page cannot be found the form opens empty.

## The form

### Full Name / Agency

Your name, or the name of your company or agency.

**Where:** [Contact page](https://www.panoramr.com/contact), first field on the left.
**Default:** Empty.
**What it does:** Required, up to 255 characters. Line breaks and repeated spaces are turned into single spaces.
**What visitors see:** After sending, "Thanks" and this name in the confirmation.
**Related:** **Email Address**.

### Email Address

Where we send our answer.

**Where:** [Contact page](https://www.panoramr.com/contact), first field on the right.
**Default:** Empty.
**What it does:** Required, a valid address, up to 255 characters. We reply to it, so check it twice. Capitals in the address are made small before it is kept.
**What visitors see:** The confirmation repeats it: "We have your message and will reply to" that address. A mistyped address shows the error under the field.
**Related:** **Prefer direct email?**

### Subject

The kind of question, so the right person reads it.

**Where:** [Contact page](https://www.panoramr.com/contact), the list under the two fields. Choose from **Select an inquiry type**.
**Default:** Nothing chosen.
**What it does:** Required. The choices are **Enterprise Integration**, **Billing Support**, **Technical Issue**, **Feature Request** and **Other**. Anything else is refused.
**What visitors see:** Nothing changes on the page. The subject is the subject of the email the team receives.
**Related:** **Message**.

### Message

Your question, in your own words.

**Where:** [Contact page](https://www.panoramr.com/contact), the large box.
**Default:** Empty, or a first line from the Help Center.
**What it does:** Required, up to 5,000 characters. Plain text only: it is kept and sent exactly as typed. Please say what you were trying to do, and leave out passwords and card numbers.
**What visitors see:** If the box is empty or too long the error shows under it.
**Related:** **Subject**.

### Send Message

Sends the form.

**Where:** [Contact page](https://www.panoramr.com/contact), the blue button at the bottom right.
**Default:** Always shown. While it is sending it is dimmed.
**What it does:** Keeps your message and emails it to the team, with your address as the reply address. When the "are you a person" check is switched on, it must be passed first. A person may send three messages an hour, and the whole site a limited number a day. When Panoramr's help service is connected, a copy is also passed to it.
**What visitors see:** A green confirmation above the form: "Thanks" with your name, "We have your message and will reply to" your address. The form empties. After the third message in an hour it says "You have sent a few messages already. Please try again in" a number of minutes, and shows the address under the form.
**Needs:** A working connection. If the email cannot be sent, the message is still kept, and you see the same confirmation.
**Related:** **Prefer direct email?**

### Prefer direct email?

The team's address, under the form on the left.

**Where:** [Contact page](https://www.panoramr.com/contact), under the form, left of **Send Message**. The page's source writes the address back to front, so that mail robots do not read it; your browser turns it into a link.
**Default:** The address is `us through the contact page`.
**What it does:** Opens your mail program with the address filled in.
**What visitors see:** The address as a link.
**Related:** **Send Message**.

## Troubleshooting

**"You have sent a few messages already."** The form allows three messages an hour from one connection. Wait the time it says, or write to the address under the form.

**I did not get a reply.** Look in your spam folder for a message from `us through the contact page`, and check the address you typed against the confirmation that was shown. We do not promise an answer time.

**The form does not send.** Check that every field is filled in; the errors show under the fields. If the "are you a person" check is shown, finish it first.
