Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

At Admin Accelerator Ltd trading as Panoramr (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure our platform functions securely, to improve your user experience, and to analyze how our virtual tour ecosystem is utilized. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to control our use of them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. First-party cookies are set by us directly, while third-party cookies are set by our partners or service providers (such as payment processors).

2. Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary to provide you with services available through our platform and to use some of its core features, such as accessing secure areas of the dashboard. Because these are strictly necessary to deliver the site, you cannot refuse them without impacting how our platform functions.

  • XSRF-TOKEN: Prevents Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks, ensuring your form submissions and tour edits are secure.
  • panoramr_session: Maintains your authenticated logged-in state as you navigate between the Tour Dashboard and the Creator Studio.
  • panoramr_create_tour: Remembers the tour you are building on the Create Tour page, so a reload keeps you on that page. Removed when you open or cancel the tour.

Performance & Analytics Cookies

These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our platform. They help us know which pages and virtual tours are the most and least popular, and see how visitors move around the site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous.

End-User Tour Analytics: To provide creators with accurate statistics regarding their virtual tours, we temporarily track viewer engagement using standard memory-based caching (deduplicated by IP address). This IP data is cached strictly in volatile memory for a maximum of 24 hours to prevent duplicate view-counts, and is never permanently written to or stored in any database.

Functionality Cookies

These cookies enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your specific tour viewport settings, theme preferences, or dashboard configurations.

Browser Storage (not cookies)

The free try-it page stores the tour you choose to keep in your browser's IndexedDB storage, not in a cookie, for a limited number of days, so that it can be added to your account after you sign up. It stays on your device until you import or discard it, and you can clear it with Discard on that page or in your browser settings.

Error reports: these use no cookies and store nothing on your device. When a page fails, your browser sends us a short report, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party & Vendor Cookies

In some cases, we use trusted third parties that may set cookies on your device. For example, our payment processor, Stripe, utilizes secure cookies to prevent fraud and manage your subscription billing securely during checkout.

3. Your Rights and Choices

Under the GDPR, you have the right to decide whether to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our website, though your access to some functionality and areas of our platform (specifically the authenticated Tour Manager) may be severely restricted.

As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser to browser, you should visit your browser's help menu for more information.

4. Data Processing

Admin Accelerator Ltd trading as Panoramr utilizes several carefully selected third-party service providers to deliver our platform. These sub-processors may set cookies or process data on our behalf as an essential part of the service:

  • Digital Ocean
  • Mailgun
  • Stripe
  • Google
  • GitHub (private error reports)

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Please revisit this page regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies.

6. Acceptance of this Policy

By continuing to browse our website or use the Panoramr platform without changing your browser settings to block non-essential cookies, you acknowledge and agree to our use of cookies as strictly outlined in this policy.
