Questions
Which plan suits a 360° photographer?
Pro hosts 250 photos at once for £99 a year: about 20 client tours of 12 photos. Agency hosts 360 and holds 3,600 photos in the account, for a studio with more clients.
Can my clients pay for their own hosting?
Yes. Hand the tour over: your client takes it over with a Vault they pay for, and the tour moves into their account. Handing over is part of the Pro, Agency and Enterprise plans.
Is being listed in Hire a Creator free?
Yes, on every plan. Fill in six boxes of your creator profile, tick the listing switch and save: there is no approval step and no commission. Venues contact you directly.
Can I put my own logo on my clients’ tours?
Yes. A hosted tour shows no Panoramr start screen or logo, and each tour can carry its own logo and words on the patch over the tripod: yours, or your client’s.
Can my client edit the tour with me?
Yes. Invite them as a Viewer, an Editor or an Admin. The Client Workspaces page sets which tabs each role can open, for all your tours.
Can I white-label the address too?
A tour is always served from Panoramr’s address. Embed it on your client’s website and it plays under their address, inside their page.
