Can I hide or move the buttons at the bottom of the screen?

Yes. The row of round buttons over the picture (previous and next room, zoom, full screen, map and more) is the icon bar. To hide it, open the Icon bar panel (Design tab > Icon bar) and switch off Enable icon bar. A new tour starts with it off.
To move it, switch to the Advanced view, open the Placement tab and the card Layout. Position puts the bar at the Bottom, Top, Left or Right of the player, and Style chooses a Floating pill or a Full width strip. The Icons tab switches single buttons on and off. Click Save & Render. With Draft Workflows on, visitors get the change after Publish changes.
The row of room thumbnails along the bottom is a different bar, Bottom nav – thumbnails, with its own switch. On a screen 768 pixels wide or narrower the icon bar is not drawn while the tour uses the phone's own bars. Icon bar settings in the Design tab lists every option.
