The editor has so many tabs. Can I make it simpler?
Last checked 30 October 2026
Yes, you can by clicking Basic at the right end of the editor's tab row. Basic keeps what a first tour needs, in six tabs: adding panoramas, placing hotspots, choosing a design and publishing. Advanced shows every tab and every option again.
The choice is saved on your account, so it follows you to other devices. It only changes what you see: a value you set in Advanced stays as it is while you are in Basic, and nobody's permissions change. In Basic, the words More tabs and options in Advanced stand beside the switch. What each tab in the tour editor does explains the tabs.
