Does the tour move when visitors turn their phone?

Last checked 29 October 2026

Yes, when a visitor taps the Look Around icon in the phone's bar: the picture then follows the phone as they turn it, and a second tap turns it off. It does not start by itself, and dragging with a finger works as always. On some phones the browser asks first whether the page may use motion, and a computer's browser has no icon at all because it has no motion sensor.

You switch the icon on. In the Design tab, in the Advanced view, open Mobile navigation and tick Look Around under Top bar features, Bottom bar features or both. It starts off. The icon shows on a screen 768 pixels wide or narrower, and only for a tour on Panoramr's New player engine. Panoramr's team decides which tours run on it and there is no switch for it, so contact us if the row is missing.

If a visitor does not allow motion, or the device sends no readings, a short note says so and dragging still works. We have not tried it on every phone. Look Around: the view follows the phone has the details.
