How do I make the tour spin by itself?

Switch on Autorotate on idle. Open the Design tab, then Transitions and cameras and its Camera tab, and tick it in the card Autorotate (it is off to begin with). Click Save & Render. The view then turns slowly in every room when nobody is touching it. A drag, a pinch or a scroll stops it, and it starts again once the view has been still for 3 seconds. That delay cannot be changed. To stop the tour turning by itself, untick Autorotate on idle and click Save & Render.
In the Advanced view, Speed multiplier sets how fast it turns, from -10 to 10 in steps of 0.5; a negative number turns the other way. A visitor whose device asks for less motion never gets a tour that turns by itself.
Panoramr has no autoplay tour that walks from room to room and no kiosk mode, so a display stays in the room it opened on until someone moves it. Auto-rotate a tour on a kiosk or display has the play buttons and how to open a display on a chosen room.
