Why can't I see the Import a tour button?

Because importing is switched on by Panoramr's team, not by a plan. The Import a tour button, beside Create tour at the top of My Tours, shows only while Panoramr's team lets your account import, and each software's card only while its kind of tour is switched on. A free-trial guest account cannot import at all.
If you need to bring a tour across and the button is missing, contact us and say which software it was made with. Import a tour from other software has what an import needs.
