Can my floor plan be a PDF?

No: a floor plan is a PNG or JPEG file of up to 5 MB, so save the PDF's page as a PNG or JPEG first. Then, on the Floor Plans tab (Advanced view), click Upload Floor Plan and choose it. Add a floor plan and a minimap to a tour has the steps for pinning the scenes on it.
