Can I download a tour?

Yes. Open the tour's Publish tab, click Download, then Download on the Download Standalone Tour card, and choose Download free theme or, when it is available, Download my design. You get a ZIP of the tour as a small website, which you put on a web server. Opening index.html by double-clicking it is likely to show a black screen. The fonts are in the ZIP; a map window still asks the internet (OpenFreeMap) for the map's pictures, and a YouTube or Vimeo video loads from that site. Download my design is part of the paid plans: a Vault is hosting and does not include it. Download a tour as a ZIP says which design you get and what is in the ZIP.
