Can I use a tour offline, without the internet?
Last checked 29 October 2026
Yes, with a downloaded copy. On the tour's Publish tab, open Download and download the tour as a ZIP: it is a small website with the player, your scenes' pictures and the tour's fonts, so it needs no internet. Only a map window asks the internet for its map pictures.
The copy has to be opened through a web server, even one on your own laptop. Double-clicking index.html shows a black screen, because a browser does not let a page opened from a file read the pictures beside it. Download a tour as a ZIP says what the ZIP holds and which design it has on each plan.
