Who can see my changes while Draft Workflows is on?
Last checked 29 October 2026
Everyone who works on the tour sees your latest edits, and visitors do not. With Draft Workflows on, the owner and every collaborator (Viewer, Editor or Admin) see the latest saved edits in the editor, on the tour's Preview tab and in the preview on the Design tab. Visitors keep the version you last published, on Explore, by the tour's link and in embeds, until someone whose role has the Publish Tab clicks Publish changes.
So to let a client check your changes before they go live, invite them as a Viewer: see Can I share a tour with a client?. Hold back edits until you publish them has the rest.
