My tours have disappeared. Where are they?

Panoramr never deletes a tour by itself, so it is usually one of these:

1. It was moved to the Trash. A deleted tour waits there until it is deleted for good: click Restore on its card in Deleted tours. See Delete tours and panoramas, and get them back.
2. It went private. When a plan ends or a renewal payment fails, tours leave plan hosting and some become private: they are still in My Tours. See My card payment failed.
3. It was handed over or transferred to someone else's account: it is in theirs now.
4. Our team took it offline after a report: a red notice on the tour says so. See Why can't I publish my tour?

If none of these fits, contact us from your account's email address with the tour's name.
