Why is my tour black?

Usually one of four things, so check them in this order:

1. The scene's pictures are not ready. A photo whose row in the upload panel is not Ready has no picture yet: see My upload is stuck and How a panorama import works.
2. You replaced the photo and the stored copy still describes the old one: see My changes do not show for visitors.
3. It is a downloaded copy that you opened by double-clicking index.html: put it on a web server, see Download a tour as a ZIP.
4. The browser cannot draw the picture (it has no WebGL): the visitor is offered the text version instead.

If every scene is black on every device and none of these fits, contact us with the tour's address.
