Do I still own my photos and their copyright after I upload them?
Last checked 22 October 2026
In the Terms & Conditions you promise that the rights in what you upload belong to you, or that their owner has given you permission to use it for Panoramr's service. You keep every right in what you upload: Panoramr does not own it. You give Panoramr a non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process and show it, only as far as is needed to run the service and the features you use (publishing, embedding, Explore, handing a tour over, Street View when you ask). Panoramr may also show a public tour, with its name and your Creator Name, on its own pages and in its marketing; you can ask us to stop. The license ends when what you uploaded is deleted, apart from short-lived backups, records the law makes us keep, and copies others made of what you published. The rights in Panoramr's own service, apart from what you upload, stay with Panoramr and its licensors. Read the Terms & Conditions for the exact wording.
