Can I show the measurements of a room?

As text or on a floor plan, not measured by Panoramr: a tour is made of 360° photos, which hold no sizes, so Panoramr cannot measure a room. Type the sizes in an info hotspot in the room (on the Hotspots tab, Add Infotation), in the room's description, or on the floor plan picture you upload.

A tool that measures rooms needs a 3D scan of the space, which Panoramr does not make. Add an info hotspot has the steps.
