Can visitors call or email me from a tour?

Yes, from the menu bar's button. In the Advanced view, open the Design tab, then Top nav bar – multi menu and its Menu tab, and in the card Call-to-action button type a Button label and, as the Button link, tel: followed by your number, or mailto: followed by your email address. On a phone the button starts a call or an email.

A hotspot cannot start a call: a tel: address is removed from a hotspot's link and from the text of an info hotspot. An info hotspot's Description / Content can show your number as text, and can hold a mailto: link that starts an email. Add a call-to-action button to a tour has both, with an example.
