Can I add video, audio and images to a tour?
Last checked 19 October 2026
Yes, all three, as hotspots. A video (a YouTube address, a Vimeo address or an MP4 file) opens in a window from an infotation with the Video variant, or plays on a spot in the scene with Add Surface Media, a button of the Advanced view. A picture goes on a spot with Add Surface Media too, and an Image Gallery opens several pictures in a window once Open in Media Window is ticked, also in the Advanced view (galleries). A sound uses the Audio Narration (Play/Pause) variant, which plays an MP3 or WAV file from the direction of its badge (sound). A room's own pictures, videos, sound and documents can also go in the Info & Media Panel, as small tiles in a panel at the foot of the tour. YouTube and Vimeo work on every plan; uploading an MP4, MP3 or WAV file is part of the Pro, Agency and Enterprise plans and of a running Vault.
