Virtual tours for marketing and web agencies
Add something your clients’ competitors do not have: a 360° tour on the website, in the client’s brand, hosted with your other client work and billed as part of your service.
In short
An agency builds each client’s tour in Panoramr from photos they take or commission, designs it in the client’s brand, and embeds it in the client’s website with one code. Every client’s tour is hosted together on the Pro or Agency plan without Panoramr branding, or handed over to the client’s own account to pay for themselves.
- Branding
- The client’s logo and colours, none of ours
- Embedding
- One code, in WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or any site
- Hosting
- Agency: 360 photos online at once
- Delivery
- Keep hosting it, or hand it over to the client
What agencies sell with it
A tour on the new website
Add a 360° tour to the next hotel, restaurant or school site you build, embedded in the page.
Campaigns and launches
A tour of the new showroom, the refurbished bar or the open day, shared on social media and in emails.
A managed service
Keep each client’s tour up to date, report the visitor numbers, and charge for hosting and changes.
A one-off job
Build it, hand it over to the client’s own account, and let them renew the hosting themselves.
Two ways to get the photos
A tour is a 360° photo of each space, linked together. Who takes them is up to you.
Hire a professional
A 360° photographer shoots each space and hands you the photos. Many build the whole tour in Panoramr too, and hand it over to your account, ready to publish.
Best when you have no photographer in-house: commission one near the client.
Take your own
With a 360° camera and a tripod, one press takes a whole room. Export the photos from the camera’s app and upload them.
Best for an agency that shoots its own content.
What agencies use most
Your branding, not ours
A hosted tour shows no Panoramr start screen or logo, and can carry your own logo and words on the patch over the tripod.
How it worksThemes and My Designs
Start from a theme and make it yours. On a paid plan, save the design under My Designs and use it on every tour.
How it worksOn your own website
Paste the embed code into WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or any web page. The tour plays there, and visitors never leave your site.
How it worksColleagues on the tour
Invite people to a tour as a Viewer, an Editor or an Admin, and choose what each role can open.
How it worksEdit without visitors seeing
With Draft Workflows on, visitors keep the version you last published while you keep editing, until you click Publish Changes.
How it worksHand it over
Build the tour in your account, then hand it over: the client takes it over with a Vault and it moves into their account.

Questions
Can the tour carry my client’s brand, not Panoramr’s?
Yes. A hosted tour shows no Panoramr start screen or logo, and can carry the client’s logo and words on the patch over the tripod, in their colours.
Can it be on my client’s own domain?
Embed it in a page of the client’s website and it plays there, under their address. The tour itself is always served from Panoramr’s address.
Can my client edit the tour?
Yes. Invite them as an Editor or an Admin, and choose on the Client Workspaces page which tabs each role can open.
Can my client pay for their own hosting?
Yes. Hand the tour over: the client takes it over with a Vault and it moves into their account.
Can I report visitor numbers to the client?
Each tour’s Analytics tab counts its unique visitors. A tour has no Google Analytics setting of its own.
