Add your own branding to a hosted tour
A hosted tour shows no Panoramr branding. Put your own logo and words on the round patch over the tripod: where the page is, what to type, what visitors see.

The short answer
A tour that is hosted without Panoramr's branding, in your plan or in a Vault, can show your own logo and words on the round patch that covers the tripod on the floor of every scene. Open the tour's Publish tab, then Hosting, and click Add your logo and words. On the page that opens, choose a logo (it is saved as soon as you choose it), type the words, choose the colors and click Save Branding. A tour that is not hosted shows Panoramr's branding, and your own cannot be added.
Set it up
- Open the tour, click Publish and then Hosting. The line Your own branding has the link Add your logo and words, which appears when the tour is hosted.
- Under White-label Settings:
- Prefix Text: the words above the logo, up to 40 characters, such as
Created usingorSponsored by. - Text Color and Background Color: the colors of the words and of the patch.
- Custom Brand Logo: choose a picture. Use a PNG or a JPEG, up to 5 MB; a transparent PNG looks best. An SVG is not accepted: the file picker offers only PNG and JPEG, and any other kind of file is refused with
The logo field must be an image.
- Prefix Text: the words above the logo, up to 40 characters, such as
- The box Preview shows the patch as you change it.
- Click Save Branding.
To take the logo away, click Remove Custom Logo and confirm. The page opens only for people whose role includes the tour's Settings tab.
What visitors see
- A hosted tour never shows Panoramr's start screen. Nothing is added to the loading screen: your own logo is not shown there.
- With a logo saved, the round patch on the floor shows your logo, your words and your colors. Tick Hide Tripod Cap (Nadir Patch) on the Overview pane of the Publish tab to hide even that.
- Without a logo, the patch is hidden. Words and colors alone show nothing.
- When the hosting ends, your branding stays for 7 days after a Vault ends (when your plan stops hosting the tour there are no extra days), then the patch and the start screen are Panoramr's again, and your words, colors and logo are kept but not shown. They come back when the tour is hosted again: see What happens when a Vault ends.
Saving the logo, the words or the colors makes the stored copy of the tour again, so visitors get the change at their next visit. Whether Panoramr's own branding shows is decided at each visit. A tour that uses Draft Workflows shows the saved version until you click Publish Changes.
Troubleshooting
The link Add your logo and words is not there. The tour is not hosted. Host it in your plan or in a Vault: Free publishing, plan hosting or a Vault.
The page says "Your own branding is part of hosting." Same cause. The page opens, but a logo is refused until the tour is hosted.
I uploaded a logo and visitors see Panoramr's. Check in Hosting that the tour is in your plan or in a Vault that has not ended. A tour past the grace days of a Vault shows Panoramr's branding.
I see no patch at all. Either no logo is saved, Hide Tripod Cap (Nadir Patch) is ticked, or the tour uses Draft Workflows and what you saved is not published yet: click Publish Changes.
The logo is blurry or cropped. The patch is round and small. Use a square picture with space around the mark, a transparent PNG.
I want my logo on the loading screen. The start screen belongs to Panoramr and is hidden on a hosted tour. Your logo in the tour's menu or sidebar: Add your logo and brand colors.
