Virtual tours for visitor attractions and destinations
Give people a taste of the day before they travel. A 360° tour of your attraction, your town or your trail helps them plan the visit, find their way and book the ticket.
In short
A tourism virtual tour links 360° photos of the places a visitor would go: the entrance, the main sights, the café, the views. Panoramr places each photo on a map, translates the tour into Spanish, French, German, Chinese or Arabic on a paid plan or a hosted tour, and embeds it on your website. Making it is free; hosting it without Panoramr’s branding costs from £36 a year, in a Vault of up to 36 photos.

How attractions use a 360° tour
Plan the visit
Families see where the play area, the café and the toilets are, and how far it is to walk.
Welcome visitors from abroad
One tour, with the room names and notes in five more languages and a switch for visitors.
Show step-free routes
Visitors who use a wheelchair or a pushchair see the paths, ramps and lifts in advance.
Sell tickets
A button in the tour takes visitors to your ticket page once they are sold on the day.
- The car park, the bus stop and the way in
- The ticket office and the entrance
- Each main sight or exhibit
- The views from the best viewpoints
- The café, the shop and the picnic area
- Play areas and family spaces
- Toilets, baby change and step-free routes
- Seasonal events, shot when they are on
Two ways to get the photos
A tour is a 360° photo of each space, linked together. Who takes them is up to you.
Hire a professional
A 360° photographer shoots each space and hands you the photos. Many build the whole tour in Panoramr too, and hand it over to your account, ready to publish.
Take your own
With a 360° camera and a tripod, one press takes a whole room. Export the photos from the camera’s app and upload them.
What attractions use most
A map of where it is
Give each photo its place, from the photo’s own GPS or a click on a map, and show a map in the tour.
How it worksFive more languages
Translate the tour into Spanish, French, German, Chinese or Arabic. Visitors switch with one click on a paid plan or a hosted tour.
How it worksA spoken guide

How it worksFloors and areas
Group the stops into areas or trails, so visitors jump to the part they want.
How it worksA text version of the tour
Switch on the Accessibility Line and visitors can open a plain text version: each room’s name, description, links and info text.

How it works
How a tour is made
- 1
Upload your photos
Open Create Tour, give the tour a name and drop your photos in. No sign-up and no card. They are prepared in your browser, and the tour uploads by itself when they are ready.
- 2
Design it
Choose a theme, then make it yours: colours, menus, buttons and the look of each hotspot. Choose where visitors start looking in each room.
- 3
Link the rooms
Add hotspots so visitors can walk from one room to the next, and add text, pictures, video or a floor plan where they help.
- 4
Keep it
Create a free account and the tour is yours. A guest tour is deleted after 2 days.
- 5
Put it online
Publish it free with Panoramr’s branding, or buy a Vault for it to take the branding off.
- 6
Share it
Paste its embed code into your website, and send its link by email or post it on social media.
What it costs
Making the tour is free. A single attraction fits a Vault; a tourist board with many places hosts them all on a plan.

Questions
Can the tour be in other languages?
Yes. Add Spanish, French, German, Chinese or Arabic on the tour’s Settings tab and type the translations. Visitors switch with one click when the tour is hosted or you are on a paid plan.
Can visitors see where each place is?
Yes. Give each photo its place, from its own GPS or a click on a map, and switch the map on in the tour’s top bar.
Can we add an audio guide?
Yes. Add a recorded commentary to a spot in a scene; it plays from that direction when a visitor clicks it.
Can we show it on a screen in the visitor centre?
Yes. Autorotate on Idle turns the view slowly while nobody touches it. Panoramr has no kiosk mode that walks from scene to scene by itself.
How much does it cost?
Making it is free. Hosting it without our branding costs from £36 a year, in a Vault of up to 36 photos.
Ways to share it
On your own website
Copy the embed code from the tour’s Publish tab and paste it into your page. It works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and most other sites.
How to embed a tourBy its link
Send the tour’s address by email, put it in a booking confirmation or a newsletter, or post it on social media.
On Explore
Panoramr’s gallery of tours, with buttons to share yours on X, Facebook, LinkedIn and by email. A free tour is always listed there; a hosted one only if you want.
Only with your team
Keep it private while you work on it, and invite colleagues or your web designer to view or edit it with you.
