How plan hosting works
One tick per tour
Open a tour’s Publish tab, then Hosting, and tick Host in my plan. The box says how many photos there is room for. When a job ends, untick it and the room goes to the next tour.

Your logo, or your client’s
Each hosted tour can carry its own logo and words on the round patch over the tripod, with its own colours. Put your studio’s logo on your portfolio tours and each client’s on theirs.

Start from a theme, make it yours (colours, menus, buttons, the look of every hotspot) and save it under My Designs. Apply it to the next client’s tour in one click, or keep one saved design per client.

Download a tourWhen a plan ends
If your plan stops covering a tour, Panoramr’s branding comes back at once and the tour stays online with it, or becomes private if it does not fit free publishing. Nothing is deleted. A client who should pay for their own tour can take it over with a Vault instead.

Questions
How many client tours can I host?
As many as fit in your plan’s photos: Pro hosts 250 at once and Agency 360. At about 12 photos a tour that is roughly 20 and 30 tours.
Can a client have their tour without my plan?
Yes: hand it over. The client takes it over with a Vault of their own, and it no longer uses your plan.
Can I host one big tour outside my plan?
Yes. Buy that tour a Vault: a tour in a Vault does not use your plan’s photos.
Can the tour have my client’s web address?
A tour is served from Panoramr’s address. Embedded in your client’s website, it plays inside their page and under their address.
Does my client need an account to see the tour?
Not for a tour published by its link. To work on it with you, they need a free account and an invitation.
