The right-click card on a tour
What the small card shows when a visitor right-clicks a tour, how to add your name to it on a paid plan, and how a visitor reports a tour from it.

On this page
When a visitor right-clicks a tour, a small card opens in place of the browser's own menu. It shows the Panoramr logo, a link to Panoramr's website, a Fullscreen line and a way to report the tour. On a paid plan the owner can add their own name above it. This page lists what is on the card and the one setting the owner has.
Who can use it. Every tour has the card, on every plan and whether or not the tour is hosted: it cannot be switched off. The one setting, Show my details in the right-click menu, is on the Publish tab and needs a plan that is not Free: Pro, Agency or Enterprise. The owner can set it.
When visitors get a change. The switch saves at once. Each visit takes the name and website of the day, so a change to your profile shows at the next visit without a new publish.
The setting
Show my details in the right-click menu
Adds "Tour created by" and your name to the card.
Where: Publish tab > the Overview pane > the card Web Embed Code > the checkbox Show my details in the right-click menu. Under it, a line says the name and website come from your Creator profile and are the same for every tour. Default: Off What it does: Puts "Tour created by" and your Creator Name above the card's footer. The name links to the website on your profile when you have given one, and is plain text when you have not. The footer then reads "Tour powered by Panoramr" instead of "Panoramr · 360° virtual tours". With no Creator Name, the line is left out. The checkbox is greyed out on the Free plan with the note "Part of the Pro and Agency plans." What visitors see: The line on the card, in their language. Needs: A plan that is not Free, and a Creator Name. Related: Your Creator profile.
What the card shows
These lines are not settings. They are the same for every tour.
About Panoramr…
A link to Panoramr's website.
Where: The card, under the logo and your name. Default: Always shown. What it does: Opens Panoramr's website in a new tab. What visitors see: The line.
Fullscreen
Switches the tour to full screen and back.
Where: The card. Default: Shown where the browser can do full screen. What it does: The line reads Fullscreen and, once the tour is full screen, Exit Fullscreen. A browser without full screen, an iPhone's Safari for one, shows no line. What visitors see: The tour full screen.
Report this spot
Lets a visitor report the exact place they right-clicked.
Where: The card, after Fullscreen. Default: Shown when the click was on the picture of a room and the tour can be reported. What it does: Opens the report form in a new tab, with the room and the spot named. What visitors see: The line, and the form. A downloaded copy of a tour has no report line. Related: Report content.
Report this tour
Lets a visitor tell Panoramr about a tour that should not be there.
Where: The card, after Fullscreen. Default: Shown when the tour can be reported. What it does: Opens the report form in a new tab, with the tour and the room on screen named. What visitors see: The line, and the form. On a phone or a tablet, which has no right-click, the same line is the last line of the side menu or the multi menu's drawer when the tour shows one. Related: Report content.
When the card does not open
The card takes the place of the browser's menu over the tour only. In the editor's preview, and over a text box, the browser's own menu opens. On a phone or a tablet there is usually no right-click, so there is no card; a long press may open it in some browsers, and we have not tried it on a device. The card closes when the visitor clicks, scrolls, presses a key or leaves the window.
Troubleshooting
My name is not on the card. Check that the box is ticked, that your plan is not Free, and that your Creator profile has a name. The card takes the name of the day, so a profile change shows at the next visit.
The name is not a link. Add a website to your Creator profile.
I see the browser's menu, not the card. You are in the editor's preview or over a text box, or the device has no right-click.
I want the card gone. It cannot be switched off: it is on every tour.
