Can a collaborator publish my tour?
Last checked 30 October 2026
No. Only the tour's owner can publish or unpublish it, put it on Explore, host it or put it in a Vault, whatever role a collaborator has. An Admin can open the Publish tab and look at it, copy the embed code and download the tour, but a change to where or whether it is published is refused.
One thing comes close: with Draft Workflows on, a role with the Publish Tab (an Admin by default) can click Publish changes, which sends the saved edits to visitors of a tour that is already published. To stop that, untick Publish Tab for Admins under Client Workspaces in My Account, or invite them as an Editor. See Draft Workflows.
