Who can edit my tour, and how do I see who has access?
Last checked 30 October 2026
You, as the tour's owner, and the people you have invited to it as an Editor or an Admin. A Viewer can only look. To see who has access, open the tour's Settings tab (in the Advanced view): everyone is listed under Active People in the Project Collaborators card, with their role. You can change a role or remove someone there at any time, for example an agency once it has finished a seasonal update. To add someone, see How do I invite someone to view or edit my tour?
An Editor changes panoramas, floor plans and hotspots; an Admin also opens Design, Settings and Publish. Invite collaborators to a tour lists what each role can open.
