How long does someone have to accept a tour I transfer to them?
Last checked 29 October 2026
An offer to take over a tour lasts 30 days. You can offer a tour only to someone already on it as a collaborator, and only one offer is open at a time: offering it to someone else replaces the open one. Only you can cancel it, and removing the person from the tour cancels it too.
If it runs out, the person sees a message on My Tours that the request expired or was revoked: offer the tour again. Transfer a tour to a collaborator's account has the steps. Handing a tour to a client, with a Vault, is a different offer: see How do I hand a tour to my client?.
