Can I transfer a tour to someone else?
Last checked 1 November 2026
Yes, you can do it by inviting them to the tour and then offering it to them:
- Invite them to the tour in any role, and wait until they have accepted.
- On the tour's Settings tab (in the Advanced view), under Project Collaborators, click the two-arrows icon beside their name (Initiate Ownership Transfer) and confirm with Send the request.
- They get an email, open the tour's Settings page and click Take Ownership.
The tour then moves into their account with all of its files, and you stay on it as an Admin. Only the owner can offer it, on Pro, Agency or Enterprise, with a confirmed email address, and the offer lasts 30 days. Nothing is paid: to give a tour to a client who pays for its hosting, see How do I hand a tour to my client?. Transfer a tour to a collaborator's account has the details.
