My client has no account: can I still hand over a tour?
Last checked 30 October 2026
Yes. Handing a tour over is part of the Pro, Agency and Enterprise plans, and only the tour's owner can do it. Send the offer to the email address your client uses. They make an account with that address, which is free, confirm it, and then take the tour over. The email has a link to look at the tour first, which works without signing in for 14 days. Until they have taken it over the tour is still yours, and the offer stays open for 30 days.
The offer is for that address only, so nobody else can take the tour if the email is forwarded.
