How do I hand a tour to my client?
Last checked 30 October 2026
Open the tour's Settings tab (it is in the Advanced view: click Advanced in the switch at the right end of the tab row if the tab is not there) and, under Project Collaborators, click Hand over to client. Only the tour's owner can, your email address must be confirmed (until it is, Send the offer takes you to the Check your inbox page), and the card is there only while Vaults are on sale. If Hand over to client is grayed out, the line above it says why: most often some of the tour's panoramas are also in another tour, or in a post on the Social site, and have to come out first (the reasons). Type Their email address, choose under Who pays for the hosting? who pays and under What you keep on the tour afterwards what you keep, and click Send the offer. The client looks at the tour first, takes it over with a Vault, and the tour moves into their account with everything in it. You can stay on it to help. The offer stays open for 30 days.
Handing a tour over is part of the Pro, Agency and Enterprise plans. Hand a tour over to a client has the steps.
