For offices and coworking

Virtual tours for offices and coworking spaces

Let members, tenants and new hires walk the floor before they visit: the desks, the meeting rooms, the kitchen and the roof terrace, on your own website.

In short

An office or coworking virtual tour links 360° photos of each part of the space, so members and tenants see the desks, private offices, meeting rooms and amenities before a viewing. Pin the scenes on a floor plan and group them by floor. Making the tour in Panoramr is free; hosting it without Panoramr’s branding costs from £36 a year, in a Vault of up to 36 photos.

How workspaces use a tour

  • Fill the desks

Members compare hot desks, fixed desks and private offices before booking a day pass.

  • Let a floor

Commercial agents show an empty floor or a fitted office to tenants who are not in town.

  • Book the meeting rooms

Event and meeting-room bookers see the room, the screen and the layout, then book.

  • Hire people

Candidates see where they would work, which says more about you than a careers page.

What to photograph

How to take the photos
  • The building, the entrance and reception
  • Open-plan desks, from the middle
  • A private office of each size
  • Each meeting room, set up
  • The kitchen, café and break-out spaces
  • Phone booths and quiet rooms
  • The roof terrace, gym or bike store
  • Showers and the accessible toilet

Two ways to get the photos

A tour is a 360° photo of each space, linked together. Who takes them is up to you.

Hire a professional

A 360° photographer shoots each space and hands you the photos. Many build the whole tour in Panoramr too, and hand it over to your account, ready to publish.

Take your own

With a 360° camera and a tripod, one press takes a whole room. Export the photos from the camera’s app and upload them.

What workspaces use most

  • Floor plan with a live map

A floor plan of each floor, with each scene pinned and a cone showing where the visitor looks.

    How it works
  • Floors and areas

Group the scenes by floor or by building, so a visitor goes straight to the one they want.

    How it works
  • Booking and shop buttons

Book a tour, get a day pass, enquire about an office: buttons to your own pages.

    How it works
  • Notes, pictures and links in the room

Notes in the room: the desk price, the meeting room’s seats, the internet speed.

    How it works
  • A map of where it is

Give each photo its place, from the photo’s own GPS or a click on a map, and show a map in the tour.

    How it works
  • Visitor numbers

Each tour’s Analytics tab counts its unique visitors, and Global Analytics adds up all your tours. Search engines’ robots are not counted.

How a tour is made

  1. 1

    Upload your photos

Open Create Tour, give the tour a name and drop your photos in. No sign-up and no card. They are prepared in your browser, and the tour uploads by itself when they are ready.

  2. 2

    Design it

Choose a theme, then make it yours: colours, menus, buttons and the look of each hotspot. Choose where visitors start looking in each room.

  3. 3

    Link the rooms

Add hotspots so visitors can walk from one room to the next, and add text, pictures, video or a floor plan where they help.

  4. 4

    Keep it

Create a free account and the tour is yours. A guest tour is deleted after 2 days.

  5. 5

    Put it online

Publish it free with Panoramr’s branding, or buy a Vault for it to take the branding off.

  6. 6

    Share it

Paste its embed code into your website, and send its link by email or post it on social media.

Questions

Can we show each floor separately?

Yes. Group the scenes by floor, and upload a floor plan for each with the scenes pinned on it.

Can tenants book a viewing from the tour?

They click through to your booking page from a button or a link. The tour has no form of its own.

Can we keep a floor’s tour private?

Yes. A hosted tour can stay private, or open only to people with its link, and off Explore.

Can we host every location together?

Yes. The Pro plan hosts 250 photos at once without Panoramr branding, shared by every tour.

How much does it cost?

Making it is free. Hosting it without our branding costs from £36 a year, in a Vault of up to 36 photos.

Ways to share it

  • On your own website

Copy the embed code from the tour’s Publish tab and paste it into your page. It works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and most other sites.

    How to embed a tour
  • By its link

Send the tour’s address by email, put it in a booking confirmation or a newsletter, or post it on social media.

  • On Explore

Panoramr’s gallery of tours, with buttons to share yours on X, Facebook, LinkedIn and by email. A free tour is always listed there; a hosted one only if you want.

  • Only with your team

Keep it private while you work on it, and invite colleagues or your web designer to view or edit it with you.
