Keep hosting a client's tour yourself
Host a client's tour in your own plan or in a Vault, let the client look at it or edit it as a collaborator, and hand it over later if they want to own it.

The short answer
If the tour stays in your account, you host it and you pay for the hosting. Two ways: put it in your plan's hosting, which Pro holds for 250 panoramas and Agency for 360, shared by all your tours; or buy the tour a Vault of its own. Your client sees and edits the tour as a collaborator. If the client should own the tour and pay for it, hand it over instead; you can do that later.
Let the client look first
- Open the tour and click its Settings tab (click Advanced at the right end of the tab row first if the tab is not there).
- Under Project Collaborators invite the client by email and give them a role:
Viewer(look at the tour and its statistics),Editor(change panoramas and hotspots) orAdmin(also opens Design, Settings and Publish; only you can invite people, publish and host). Your own email address must be confirmed to invite people, and the client gets access as soon as they have a confirmed account with that address. See Invite collaborators to a tour and set their role. - Keep the tour private while they look. A tour in your plan's hosting is private until you tick Published (in the tour's Publish tab, under Hosting). A tour you put in a Vault is published at once: untick Published and click Save Settings.
When they have approved it, tick Published and click Save Settings. Visitors can open the tour by its link and in an embed. It is not on Explore unless you also list it there.
Host it in your plan
- In the tour's Publish tab, open Hosting.
- Tick Host in my plan. The label at the right, such as
120 / 250 Used, shows how many of your plan's hosted panoramas are used by all the tours in it. - Click Save Settings.
The tour then shows no Panoramr branding. You can put the client's logo and words on the patch that covers the tripod: click Add your logo and words, and see Add your own branding to a hosted tour.
A tour is hosted whole or not at all. If it does not fit the room left, the box cannot be ticked and a line says how many panoramas there is room for. Take another tour out of hosting, remove panoramas, or host this tour in a Vault.
If your plan ends, or you move to a smaller one, the tours past what it hosts go back to free publishing: Panoramr's branding is on them again, and a tour with no room there becomes private. Nothing is deleted. See Free publishing, plan hosting or a Vault.
Host it in a Vault
A Vault hosts one tour, for a number of years or month by month, and is bought on your account. It does not take anything from your plan's hosting, so it suits a tour that would not fit, or a client you want to keep apart. Buy it on Vaults or from the tour's Hosting tab: Vault hosting has the sizes and prices. A Vault can be put in another of your tours once every 7 days. Moving a Vault takes the tour that was in it out of hosting: it goes private (a tour listed on Explore stays listed only if there is room).
Who pays, and who is told
The account that owns the tour pays. The reminders about a Vault ending go to its owner. If the client is to pay renewals, they have to own the tour and the Vault: hand the tour over. They can choose a Vault of their own, or you can pay for the first term and let it go with the tour.
Troubleshooting
I cannot tick Host in my plan. Your plan does not include hosting, or the tour has more panoramas than the room left. The line under the box says which.
My client says Panoramr's branding is on the tour. The tour is no longer hosted: your plan ended or no longer holds it, or its Vault ended. Open Hosting to see where the tour is published.
The client wants to own the tour. Hand a tour over to a client.
The client cannot see the Publish tab. What a collaborator can open depends on their role and on your Client Workspaces settings.
