Is there an uptime guarantee?

No: Panoramr is run on a best-endeavours basis. We try to keep it available at all times, but cannot promise that it always will be: it sometimes stops for maintenance, updates or repairs, and things outside our control can stop it. Where we can, we give notice on the website of planned work that takes Panoramr offline for more than an hour (clause 9.3 of the Terms). A guaranteed level of service is part of Enterprise plans: contact us to talk about one.
