What happens to my tours if I downgrade or cancel my plan?

Last checked 29 October 2026

Nothing is deleted. Your tours, panoramas, hotspots and library all stay, even above the new plan's limits. When you cancel, the plan runs to the end of what you paid for, and then the account carries on as Free. The same happens if a renewal payment fails, until it is paid. A move to a lower price or to monthly billing starts when your plan renews, not at once.

What changes is hosting. Free hosts 0 panoramas, so tours in your plan's hosting leave it, the newest first. They stay online in their own design, and embeds keep working, but Panoramr's branding comes back. A tour that was public then counts toward free publishing (250 panoramas in 10 tours), the oldest first. One that does not fit becomes private, and you are told. A lower paid plan works the same way with its own hosting limit.

You cannot add panoramas while the account is over its limit. Downloading your own design is locked, and saving a new design needs a paid plan, but designs you saved stay. A Vault is not affected: it belongs to its tour and runs to its end date. What happens when a plan ends has the full list.
