The short answer
Panoramr has four plans: Free, Pro, Agency and Enterprise. Limits are counted in panoramas, for the whole account, and there is no limit on how many a single tour may hold. A Vault is not a plan: it hosts one tour for a number of years. Prices are in pounds sterling. No VAT is charged: the company that sells Panoramr is not registered for VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. If that changes, VAT will be added to the price of payments made after the change.

Vaults
A Vault hosts one tour without Panoramr's branding, on any plan. You buy it for a number of panoramas and a number of years, or let it renew. It adds its panoramas to what your account can hold, and some room to the asset library.
| Holds | 1 year | 3 years | 5 years | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vault 10 | 10 | £19 | £49 | £75 |
| Vault 36 | 36 | £36 | £70 | £99 |
| Vault 100 | 100 | £59 | £109 | £149 |
| Vault 250 | 250 | £99 | £189 | £249 |
Vault hosting explains what a Vault gives a tour and how to buy one.
Where a tour is published
A tour is in one place at a time: in a Vault, in your plan's hosting, or in free publishing on Explore. Free publishing, plan hosting or a Vault shows what each gives and holds.
What each limit means
| Limit | What it counts | At the limit |
|---|---|---|
| Panoramas the account can hold | Every panorama you own, in tours, in the Asset Library and in posts, plus the size of each Vault that is running. The trash does not count. | The upload window stops first: You cannot upload any more panoramas to this tour based on your current limits. when there is no room, or Capacity limit reached. Only the first N panoramas will be processed for import. when you choose more than fit. If the server refuses, the message starts Storage Limit Reached and says You have hit your global storage limit of N panoramas. Nothing already uploaded is deleted. |
| Disk space for panoramas | What your panoramas take on disk, originals and the trash included. The ceiling is far above what ordinary panoramas need, Enterprise has none, and each panorama of a running Vault adds room to yours. | Adding panoramas is refused with Panorama Storage Full. Delete panoramas you no longer need, empty the trash, or upgrade. |
| Plan hosting | The panoramas of every tour you put in plan hosting. A tour goes in whole. | Host in my plan is gray, with a line saying how many panoramas there is room for. Adding panoramas to a hosted tour that would go over is refused with Hosting Limit Reached. |
| Free publishing | The panoramas and the tours listed on Explore without hosting. | The listing is refused with a line that says how many tours and panoramas there is room for. |
| Vault | The panoramas of the tour in it. | A tour with more panoramas than the Vault holds does not go in. Adding more to a tour already in is refused with Vault Full. Make the Vault bigger. |
| Draft tours | The tours in your account. No plan limits them. | Nothing. |
| Asset library | The files in the library (images, videos, audio and documents), with the trash and the older versions of replaced files. Panoramas and floor plans are not counted here. A running Vault adds room. | A message that starts Library Storage Full. The library page shows Library storage with a bar, and from 90% a line that begins Almost full. |
| Largest library file | One file in the Asset Library. No plan goes above 50 MB. A running Vault raises it: to 25 MB with Vault 10, 50 MB with Vault 36, 50 MB with Vault 100 and 50 MB with Vault 250. | "<file name>" is N MB, over the M MB limit for one file. |
Seats. The app has no seat counter. You share a tour with collaborators one tour at a time, and nothing compares their number with your plan. See Manage team access.
